Spiritual Full Metal Alchemist meditation retreat due to neuroscientist Dr. Cassandra Vieten





The spiritual awakening unfolds with a six-day meditation retreat. It is set for October 23 through 28 at the Garrison Institute in New York's Hudson Valley and open to the public. The retreat will be led by spiritual teacher and best-selling author Adyashanti and acclaimed neuroscientist Dr. Cassandra Vieten. The event is structured as an intensive six-day retreat that explores the nature of spiritual awakening."What we're aiming to do as a group is to look at whatever's arising day by day," says Adyashanti, who uses the term "spiritual awakening" to refer to "any experience of awareness that causes us to realize that there's another truth besides the story we've been telling ourselves about who we are."

After Father's sacrifices awaken him, he absorbs God, taking on a Perfect Form resembling Hohenheim in his younger days. He immediately attacks the group, but Hohenheim and May block his blast. The Fullmetal Alchemist series has really good anime adaptations. The Brotherhood series is a true FMA story with the same emotional impact as the original. Although there are some mature scenes, they are not inappropriate for 15 year olds to watch.



For those who want a comprehensive anime series with lots of action and a brilliant story, I suggest watching either Fullmetal Alchemist or Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. If you want something shorter, with more fantasy and lighter themes than Fullmetal Alchemist (but not ideal for children), give Bleach or Fairy Tail a try. FMA and FMAB are both good, it's just that they take different routes in the story.



If you love good anime, I highly recommend the series Fullmetal Alchemist. This show is only one of a few anime that passes the level of artistic beauty and comedy/drama that it deserves. This series could well be considered as an action flick, a comedy, a drama, and even a little bit like an opera at points. At the start of Brotherhood, Ed, Al and Hohenheim get some serious character development. Hohenheim recalls the circumstances of his leaving his family. At Briggs, soldiers explore the underground tunnel Sloth had been digging and encounter a living shadow who kills them. As the camera flashed, tears of both gratitude and sadness streamed down Hohenheim's face. He resolved to find a way to end his immortality and grow old and die together with his beloved Trisha, but also feared failure and watching his family die.
