Full Metal Alchemist most beloved anime ever because of Edward and Alphonse Elric,

At the start of Brotherhood, Ed, Al and Hohenheim get some serious character development. Hohenheim recalls the circumstances of his leaving his family. At Briggs, soldiers explore the underground tunnel Sloth had been digging and encounter a living shadow who kills them. As the camera flashed, tears of both gratitude and sadness streamed down Hohenheim's face. He resolved to find a way to end his immortality and grow old and die together with his beloved Trisha, but also feared failure and watching his family die. Of course, there are a few scenes you might feel has a little bit of mature content, but in general these are average for a 15 year old to watch. In fact all these anime are rated 13+. Since 15 is way over 13, yes, it is advisable to watch FMA, Death Note and Bleach. Oct 3, 10 is an important day in Fullmetal Alchemist lore (10/3/11 in FMA: Brotherhood). This date, inscribed inside of Ed's pocket watch as “Don't Forget 3. Oct. 10,” marks the moment when the Elric brothers began their journey by setting their childhood home ablaze, vowing to never turn back

Hohenheim recalls the circumstances that led to his leaving his family. At Briggs, soldiers explore a tunnel Sloth had been digging and encounter a living shadow who kills them. The date inscribed inside Ed's watch, Oct 3 10, marks the moment when the brothers began their journey by burning their house down, vowing never to turn back. While the original manga officially ended in June 2010, Arakawa still planned to make more story material. In the light novel Fullmetal Alchemist: The Land of Sand (which takes place between chapters 22 and 23), Edward and Alphonse visit a town called Creta. They hear a rumor about a Philosopher's Stone being created in a nearby alchemist's house and decide to investigate. Inside the house, they meet Shou Tucker, the “Sewing-Life Alchemist” who has done research on creating chimeras by combining two or more creatures together. This novel also serves as an introduction to Lust and Envy, two of Father's seven Homunculi.

The Fullmetal Alchemist series is one of the most beloved anime and manga franchises ever. The series, which began in 2001, tells the story of two brothers, Edward and Alphonse Elric, who set out on a quest to find the philosopher's stone so that they can restore their bodies after a failed attempt at human transmutation left Ed without an arm and leg, and Al without a body. What follows is their journey across Amestris and beyond to find the truth about their world and themselves. These are some of the most excellent animes I've ever had the pleasure to watch and all of them have 2 things in common: Set in a fictional universe in which alchemy is one of the most advanced scientific techniques, the story follows two alchemist brothers named Edward and Alphonse Elric, who want to recover parts of their bodies lost in an attempt to bring their mother back to life through alchemy.

Fullmetal Alchemist is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa. It was serialized in Square Enix's Monthly Shōnen Gangan magazine between August 2001 and June 2010; the publisher later collected the individual chapters into twenty-seven tankōbon volumes. The world of Fullmetal Alchemist is styled after the European Industrial Revolution. Set in a fictional universe in which alchemy is one of the most advanced scientific techniques known to man, the story follows two alchemist brothers named Edward and Alphonse Elric, who after failing to bring their mother back to life through alchemy, attempt to make things right by obtaining the legendary Philosopher's Stone. The manga was published and localized in English by Viz Media in North America, Madman Entertainment in Australasia, and Chuang Yi in Singapore. Yen Press also has the rights for the digital release of the volumes in North America due to the series being a Square Enix title.

Watch all the best of FMA in one meal... or in this case, one movie. In the first FMA series, Ed and Al are searching for the Philosopher's Stone. However, they do not know what it can do or what it looks like, therefore they have to search military labs where experiments take place hoping to find one.
